I visited the Clinic today for the first time, a very clean clinic, two staff members very polite & welcoming, I saw Emma who was very professional & carried out everything that I wanted treated. I will use again if needed & will highly recommend to all.

Emma was amazing. Explained the procedure to me in great detail and payed great attention to what part of my tattoo I wanted removed. Wish my tattoo artist payed as much attention as Emma. The laser used is the best on the market and works miracles. I would highly recommend Vale Laser Clinic.

This clinic is chefs kiss & Emma was absolutely amazing. So friendly and so knowledgeable, she explained everything so clearly and really put me at ease with what to expect. Thankfully she was able to change my appointment at the last minute so I was still able to make it. Nothing was too much, it felt more like meeting a friend for a coffee than having a tattoo removed! I had a laser hair removal course with Sadia. I’ve now had six laser hair removal sessions and I’m really happy with the results so far. I’ve definitely noticed a reduction in hair growth, especially on my face, and it’s also helped reduce the breakouts and irritation I used to get. I’ve always felt comfortable during my appointments, and everything has been explained really well. I also really appreciated the honesty about needing occasional top-up sessions in the future rather than being promised unrealistic results.
