Excellent service for long standing veruca problem, Emma is very personable and actually put me at ease even though she didn't sugar coat what to expect with the procedure, she was patient when I needed a break and was ready to proceed when I was ready. Lovely warm welcome from Emma, who put me at ease straight away. The Covid hygiene measures are very effective and did not adversely affect my visit at all. Emma is obviously very knowledgable and provided lots of information in a way that was easy to take in. No rush despite the appointment being late in the day. Looking forward to the treatment next week, and to trying out the new skincare! Thank you!

Had the best experience today getting my lash lift and tint. Charlie was amazing! She made me feel really comfortable and happy throughout the whole appointment. The treatment was really relaxing and I’m so happy with how my lashes turned out. They look longer, darker, and really natural. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I was welcomed straight away when entering the room which was lovely considering I’ve never been there before and the woman I had Emma was so lovely and explained everything up front and had a great sense of humour which made me feel less nervous about getting my tattoo removed! Looking forward to going back and having more treatments with them!
